B. Scapolo, La dimensione fiduciaria nella relazione credito-debito
Abstract
Starting from the last novel by H. Melville, The Confidence Man (1857), I propose in this paper an analysis of the trust’s dimension, framework of many interpersonal relationships, in particular as regards the credit-debt relationship, with the aim of highlighting the problematic nature. In fact, without involving the investment, which concerns a dimension of risk and uncertainty as well as a camouflage of reality would not make sense to speak of trust, the etymology of which guides us in discovering the deep affinity with the credit’s dimension and its incompatibility with friendship.
