A. Racca, Responsabilità e dignità umana: per un’etica giuridica? Un dialogo tra Ronald Dworkin e Paul Ricoeur

Abstract

Responsabilità e dignità umana, un binomio che apre ad un’immensa riflessione filosofico giuridica, tuttavia per non ricadere in secche retoriche, si cercherà di affrontare questa relazione biunivoca attraverso i contributi di due tra i più grandi pensatori del Novecento, Paul Ricoeur e Ronald Dworkin, che sebbene da prospettive differenti, individuano una fondamentale importanza, non solo etica ma anche regolativo-sociale, alla connessione dei due termini.

Abstract (english)

Responsibility and Human dignity, two words that make an immense philosophical and legal reflection, however in more times these theme are treated in rhetorical way, but to avoid this problem, I will try to deal this relationship with the contributions of two of greatest thinkers of the twentieth century, Ronald Dworkin and Paul Ricoeur, who although from different perspectives, they identify a particular importance, not only ethical but also social-regulative, to the connection of the two terms.
