Abstract

Negli ultimi anni il ruolo del paziente nei Servizi Sanitari è cambiato. In conseguenza di ciò anche il ruolo dei medici e degli operatori sanitari in generale necessita oggi di essere ripensato. Questo articolo desidera suggerire un modo per riformare l’agire di medici e operatori sanitari sulla base di un ripensamento di cosa sia «necessità» nel contesto della pratica medica e di cura.

Abstract (english)

In the last years, the role of the patient in the Health Services is changed. As a result of this fact, also the role of physicians and health workers in general need to be rethought. This paper aims to suggest a way to reform the behaviour of physicians and health workers on the basis of a rethought of what is «necessary» in the medical and care practice.
